I think that the two of them would get along perfectly, and I would love to hear tons of stories of them doing stuff together. I think it would even make sense as a plot point if Ivern helps Neeko build this "tribe" of her's as a way to unite the forest as well as people and nature in general.

Nah, I disagree. Well, Ivern can get along with anyone, for starters. But well, the amount of malicious negativity Neeko posses would probably deter Ivern from being besties with her, for sure.
