Quinn is really good after her recent buffs, and with the tank meta, aswell as spell shielding champs being quite popular at the moment i'm not sure if Graves is going to stay that strong has most of his damage is done in burst.

Not to mention having a blind against an auto-attack-based champion is a definite advantage. Not sure about how valid she is, but she's definitely more popular recently that I've seen before.

I would definitely like Quinn to be god tier; or at least good enough to be considered a regular pick in the professional scene. Somebody way streaming her, I think Voyboy, and kicking ass in top lane, but her short range and assassin skills makes her vulnerable as a bot lane ADC.

As the Tank meta grows people are picking up ADC's who do well with BOTRK, Quinn's blind is REALLY strong against them, and while her range is short and her ult is melee she has tonnes of potential IMO, she's basically an anti-ADC.

They did just improve blind mechanics for her and Teemo, and several bug and QoL improvements in the last patch, so I won't really be surprised.

Not to mention giving her the auto-attack reset with her vault as well has fixing the bug that put you out of AA range

Ehh I feel like Sivir and Graves are going to fall off soon with the tank meta, to kill a tank you really need someone who synergises well with BOTRK, so I feel Twitch, Quinn, Kog'Maw and... (Sniggers) Vayne might come back into the spotlight. Jinx however... God just DIE ALREADY.
