@Riot can you do something about the clamping in d5?

Currently, there are more people stuck in d5 than the rest of diamond combined (assuming the source I checked is correct). I can accept the need for clamping somewhere, but doing it in the same bracket that's full of "well I'm at 0 lp so idgaf anymore" people is ridiculous. I understand MMR is what really matters, but this situation is creating more of those "stuck at 0 lp and trolling" people, and it's just frustrating to go on a 4 game win streak and then lose 4 games worth of lp because your leblanc kept trying to assassinate the full tank gragas or the locket thresh (and usually died in the process).

Can we have diamond 5 evened out a bit so that we can see our actual progress, instead of trying to guess where our MMR is based on the point at which -12lp becomes -34 lp?
