If that's the case, then there's absolutely no point in nerfing/buffing champions at all. Game would get seriously boring & the only thing it gets is bugfix, RGM & ongoing new champions.

Karn Bishop1 votesbut.... that is a valid point? like most people couldn't play pre rework eve but you would be hard pressed to find anyone who would say she was weak or not viable, her playstyle just reqired you to do things that to other junglers would be a waste of time. Kindred has the same thing how you play her is so different that most cannot do it without knowing how to use her.

I doubt anyone can pick these champs for the first time in ranked and have a good game, they’re just too reliant on the player’s knowledge of the champion. I think that with other champions you can just get ahead with brute force and facerolling. That’s my opinion at least.
