Fire Related Fire Dragon Buff

I think each of the dragons should give a respective buff of their element. I feel giving 8% ad and ap isn't exactly related to fire. I feel the fire dragon buff should be changed into something that represents fire. Perhaps champion attacks burn the targets area for 1 sec. dealing damage to targets in the area after 1 sec. I don't really know what the best change would be but I just wish fire dragon gave a more unique buff besides a simple boost to ad and ap.

On a side note I really want to see a chart/graph showing each dragon buff (and whether it is 1/2/3) to the win rate for that team. I know win rate isn't everything but this could give a good representation of the strength of each type of dragon buff.
