Invites While In Team Builder Queue

Why doesn't Riot allow people to invite others to team builder while they are searching for someone? Like when you are looking for people in a specific role, the host and others with invite power should be allowed to invite someone and the invite would allow the person to join and when they join they would be notified of the currently open roles. Just an idea I had that I'm not sure why it doesn't exist.
