Reduce catch up to the ground
This is unfair.When i am 40 cs /4 kills and 4 assists above the enemy lee and hes 1 lvl ahead of me cause he got catch up exp is plain out stupid.Please reduce it. counterjungling is hilariously bad rn

There is no team-based catch up exp
Jungle catch up can be mitigated specifically _by _counter jungling by leaving a single monster behind in a camp
Catchup exp is nearly nonexistent and a large part of why there is no such thing as a comeback at all. You're being a contrarian for the sake of it.
