What's wrong with the base model? I kind of like it. He looks like Kafka when moving around.

Blades sticking out of everywhere, I mean I know it's supposed to be an edgy champ but come on
The dreaded ice cream hair, a symptom of Riot's old designs syndrome
Something about the shape of the coat is rather goofy ingame
Model is somewhat low poly
Wearing pajamas
the entire overly generic vampire theme

Don't get me wrong, his design is incredibly charming and I love the frontal pattern of the coat, the albinism, the aristocratic gestures and the overall air of eccentric refinedness, but he could use a Taric-like prettifying.
