Riot just wants to close out games faster.

DAMAGE IS FLAT OUT TOO HIGH. IF you lower damage, 1 cc no-longer means death. Walking up to farm a minon no longer means death, a ganking jungler no longer means death.

Yasou, learn the match up, don’t fight him in minions knowing how well he can abuse them.
Ahri, dodge the skill shot or out range her.
Anivia, gank her, she is an incredibly immobile champion.
Malzahar ultimate needs to be changed however, will give you that.

I wouldn't even want to cs a minion knowing that I will get one shot, and lose the minion anyways... so what is even the fucking poing of trying to cs the minion?
