  1. Dragon’s feast: Nearby allied champion killing a minion heals you for 1% of its health. The effect increases to 5% for large jungle monsters and turrets. Heals 2 - 10 per minion, about 70 for each jungle camp, 120 for turret, 250 for dragon, and 600 for baron.
  2. Dragon’s heart: Increase the duration of potions, elixirs, and stealth ward by 20% and improves the effect of potions by 20%. Health potion heals for 216, mana potion heals for 144, elixirs and stealth ward last 3 minutes 36 seconds. Does not effect wards placed with sightstone and trinkets.
  3. Dragon’s vision: Increase the line of sight of towers, minions, and wards by 10%. The effect is doubled for champion. 1 teemometer for towers, minions, and wards. 2 teemometers for champions.
  4. Dragon’s wisdom: Reduce the cooldown on active items by 20% This includes trinkets.
  5. **Aspect of the Dragon: Grant 10% cooldown reduction, 10% movement speed, 10% attack speed and temporary double all other bonuses and attacks burns enemies for 2 seconds dealing 20 true damage per second. ** Lesser strength, more utility.

Dragon's already really strong, this seems oppressively strong.

Most notably, THAT SUSTAIN on the first dragon. Sustain is so strong. Notice how a small increase of 30 max healing on Hecarim's W against minions/monsters changed him from an off-meta pick (who played jungle more than top) in to one of the highest banned champions in Diamond + play, and plays primarily top, with over a 53% win rate top. All for 30hp on a 20 second cooldown.

Now, I AM exaggerating. He also got some mana buffs, and frankly was sleeper strong before the buffs.

Regardless though, the point is that in laning phase sustain is REALLY strong. Sneaking a dragon pre-10minutes would basically guarantee every lane wins hard.
