Elise is one of my favorite champions, so it’s sad to see her getting nerfed again, although I don’t think it’s uncalled for. It seems like Elise will never be balanced. She’s nerfed, buffed, re-nerfed, and so on.
I feel like we haven’t heard a whole lot on what Riot thinks about Elise, so I just have a question for Riot: Do you guys think Elise needs a rework?

Na. Her power has been extremely variable over the last year and a half but that's because she's had SO much change happening to her. She was gutted, massively overbuffed, experienced a very strong jungle item being introduced for her, and just now experienced another very strong jungle item being introduced for her.
Don't forget that she was very balanced for several months after her last nerf. She'll be balanced again soon.
