With the Howling Abyss update in the works, ARAM games should use the HUD from Legend o.t. Poro King

During Legend of the Poro King, the UI was different skinned to have icicles and other snowy stuff on it. With the update to the Howling Abyss in progress, it would be cool if it used the UI from Legend of the Poro King.
