Teemo, The Satan King of Top Lane

Where do you start? At the start I suppose, he isn't "op" as such. Just incredibly annoying to lane against doesn't really matter what you're playing. It's the fact that his poke spell (much like gp) is just a simple point and click. There is no counter play. He just pokes you down. The all-ins you. And even if you do flash the dot (and if he has ignite) will kill you. And post 6 it's not like you can really punish him that well for being over extended.

I just really want his q to be a skill shot so there is some form of counter play. They did it to ryze why not teemo? who breeds toxicity on the enemy and ally side a like. I am just tired of teemos going 1/5 in lane and yet still one or two shot people while only having 2 items. The new AP items make him so strong even if under fed because that q hits like a truck. Does any one else have this frustration with this champ that many would say "lack skill"?
