I've tested her out in a custom match and there is no way she is as OP as everybody makes her out to be. I've also spectated a lot of leblanc games (streams, competitive, etc.). Yeah she's mobile but her kit is meh at best.

She's useless in teamfights, unless a Sejuani sets up a perfect 5 man ulti (let's be real, solo q sejuani's will waste their ulti's all the damn time) and you can go in with W proccing Luden's Echo then using your ulti to mimic W and have your team clean up.

Leblanc is a one trick pony. She is a true assassin in that she doesnt do anything else. Not gonna team fight, not gonna take objectives, not gonna split push, etc. She does one thing and thats burst a single target and gtfo. That being said she does that one thing very well and she should do it well or she has no point in existing. Problem being most ppl dont ever wanna deviate from their build to adjust to her. Plus her mark flat out tells you where to aim your skill shows for the escape move. I just watched a thresh hit a beautiful hook on a tower diving leblanc to snag her after her W and pull her right back to tower for an ez kill. He had like 100 hp to her full hp and owned her like it was EZ mode

I have thr same thoughts. She WAS op. First release, BROKEN AS FUCK After kassadin nerf, OP AS HELL After ludens echo release, meh SHE HAS NO DAMN POWER, EVERY GAME I JOIN AND SEE LEBLANC IS BANNED I RAGE. STOP DYING TO HER LEVEL 2 AND SHE WONT BE 300 LEVELS ABOVE YOU AND WONT REKT U IN LANE.
