What do you think Kindred's Balance State will be upon Release?

I've played them quite a bit on the PBE and I personally believe that they'll be decently strong once people get the hang of them. The main issue they have is that their Kit has a ton of auto attack cancelers. Q cancels, W stops autos upon the initial cast and the E and R have cast times. Due to this, they feel clunky in the early game and their damage output takes a hit. That quickly disappears however as you purchase attack-speed items and the animations quicken up. They really do become monsters as the game goes on.

On average a Kindred will probably have around 8-10 stacks by the 35 minute mark and even higher if they are actively hunting the proper targets. The amount of health shred between your passive and BotRK is insane. Tanks will actually cry.

Their ult is useful but can easily cause their Team to lose if mistimed. It's even more polarized than Bard's ult in terms of just how hard you can mess it up. In terms of mobility, it's strong but no where near Kalista levels of stupid. 2 seconds is much easily for enemies to deal with, the jump distance isn't that long, their Base MS is only 325 and they have no innate MS boosts.

Overall I think they'll be looked at as weak upon release, but as people begin to learn the ways of the Kindred, they'll be solid picks.

They'll be trash in high elo until riot reworks poachers/counterjungling, and because they'll inevitably screw it up, Kindred will become top jungler alongside Shaco and such

I think a better description for the lowest win rate would be Post-Rework Zilean. (I mean right after not after the buffs)

But I think they will be overall balanced, but people will likely complain about them in lower ELOs since they will not pay attention to their minimap in order to deny Kindred her stacks. Plus a lot more kills and deaths happen per game in lower ELOs so getting stacks on enemies will be easier.

No one will know how to handle them and will complain how OP they are, Pros will abuse this, Riot will nerf them, turns out they werent all that strong, Riot buffs them, people assume they are OP and complain. Cycle repeats.

They are too weak because no one knows how to use them, Riot buffs them, Pros figure it out and everyone copies, for a few weeks they are too OP and become 100% pick/ban, Riot finally nerfs them, then those people who abused the OP version will complain that she is too weak, Riot eventually buffs them. Cycle repeats.

I'm expecting her to get the Diana syndrome. When Riot released Diana it was the first time they tried to put an AP assassin in the jungle and as a result they released her with the damage of an assassin, and the tankiness of a bruiser resulting in her being must ban/pick until she was nerfed.

I see Kindred either going the same way, or maybe they just completely undershoot her and she is terrible, frankly I am hoping for the ladder because at least that way she won't be extremely toxic and can be slowly buffed to viability instead of dominating the game and having to be neck jerk nerfed into irrelevance.

I'm expecting she'll be like Ryze, Darius, Fiora, Yasuo, and a hell lot of other champions as off late - weak on release, then buffed into an overpowered state, then nerfed till she's balanced our underpowered.

my guess is she will have a poor winrate first while actually beeing rather op, just to recive a buff the next pastch and suddenly show up in higher elos as 100% ban as people now finally know how to use her as a team correctly while she also recived buffs she never needed...
