As a jungle main, ive never seen the jungle this non diversified in the past 4 seasons. I believe adding back this item would solve the dilemma.

The thing is Rangers would have an AoE smite to make clearing camps a lot easier, the new one doesnt, thats the real problem

They've lowered the health on the minis since then though. I don't think there's a big difference between them.

It's not that useful anymore though. There's not enough camps with multiple monsters that it is effective for. A single-target stun wouldn't help nearly enough to improve jungle diversity to what it should be.

It would end up exactly like how it did last time. Junglers with good clears still take it for absurdly fast clears.
