Question about Tahm's ult

The ult where he gets to freely teleports himself/with ally to another location.

Does it acts like a Reksai ult? As in getting interrupted by a single enemy attack while his mouth's still open? Because if it doesn't, then it seems to look like another Ekko's ult where he gets to get out of every fights as he pleases.

It's not instant. If he isn't interrupted by damage, then it's no more OP than someone using TP to get out; if you see them, you try to CC or kill them before they can get away. While it's possible to get away with TP like that, you are extremely vulnerable so it's rare to even make the attempt if you can't hide first.
