Cho Gath one Shot ADC. Press R to victory

Dear riot balance team, when will you adress the interaction of Cho Gath Feast (R) and Gargoyle stone plate, I just came out of a game where as Jinx i've got one shotted by his R ( both level 17 I had 1900 something health he did 2000 true damage to me, with 16 K health he got). Where's the counter play to that ? I mean its already bad that a tank with that much CC got true damage but if he can amplified it by using an item that is suppose to diminish damage well its totaly broken. People tell me don't be in range. With flash and the size he get's, R is within range of any adc auto attack. If i cant auto attack the front line what is the point of an adc ? Its time you adress true damage interaction with Gargoyle Stone plate. TY
