Hourglass into a Summoner Spell / G.A adaptative

Yeah so, been playing around (ranked in off season...oufff) and seen that in other moba....hum hum... the ''Stasis effect'' can be aquired by every class in the equivalent of summoner spell.

Since the introduction of stop watch we saw lots of champs that make good use of the stasis effect ( don't we all love a good old Lee Sin golden Kick ) The item as pretty long cool down, could really fit into the sums categorie while giving it maybe a longer cool down then Hourglass, but enabling it to be cast under any circustance unlike current effect.

So removing this item could make place for an Adaptative GA, where it doesnt only fit AD ( hey man Diana wants a GA too ! )

I genuinly like this idea, means in lane people will have to give up a different summoner spell for a hopefully Teleport in length of CD summoner spell. would be nice, may see more of that then ignite which would be nice, even if i play assassins and things.

Better idea.

Make Hourglass have adaptive stats. Make GA have adaptive stats.

Zhonya's Hourglass

Stats +75 Ability Power or +60 Attack Damage (Adaptive) +45 armor +10% cooldown reduction

UNIQUE – STASIS: Put yourself in stasis for 2.5 seconds, rendering yourself untargetable and invulnerable for the duration, but also unable to move, attack, cast spells, or use items during this time (120 second cooldown).

Guardian Angel

Stats +40 Armor +45 Attack Damage or 60 Ability Power (Adaptive)

UNIQUE: Upon taking lethal damage, restores 50% of base health and 30% of maximum mana after 4 seconds of stasis (300 second cooldown).

Here's a better idea:remove them both so you cant have a nu-uh button on command inb4: Zed is broken said the man without a brain
