UNIQUE PASSIVE - Giant Slayer: Basics Attacks deals up to 10% of the target's max health as physical damages against enemy champions with greater Health than you (1% per 200 health, up to 10% for 2000 health)
That way it isn't an Anti-tank/Anti-squishies/sustain item anymore.

Ithil Snek1 votesWell I was thinking about this, if both don't share the same name they can stack but wouldn't it be too strong if a champ had both? I mean it would completely destroy tanks, since the 10% more physical damage of Giant Slayers applies to the %max health bonus damages of the BORK...

10 dam 35% pen 15 dam grievous wounds 15 dam 10% ls 15% as 20 crit 5% speed
40 damage 35% penetration 10% lifesteal 15% attack speed 20% critical chance 5% movement speed and physical attacks apply grievous wounds. (combination total)
and then 5k gold you can get
= unique active silence slow and shatter champions with over 3k hp. unique passive deals 300% basic attack damage and heals for .004% of the damage dealt every second while in combat - stacks up to 10 times.
