Fiora was overnerfed, here's how to fix her without repeating the same mistake.
Fiora, as an anti-tank champion in a tank meta, has had a sub 46% winrate in top lane over this last patch, and was really hit a bit too hard by the nerfbat, due to her ability to build tanky and still dish out damage. When tanks rotate out of the meta, she'll likely be even worse off. Out of the 40 most common other top laners, only 5 are currently considered winning matchups for her. (
) (Source: http://champion.gg/champion/Fiora) As a result, to help her out a bit, and to solidify her role as a hard-scaling splitpusher, without causing the problems that caused her to get nerfed in the first place, I propose the following adjustments:
Passive Heal: 25-110 (Based on level) -> 16 / 19 / 22 / 25% of the damage dealt by the attack or spell (Before mitigation, including Vital damage, scaling with ranks in Grand Challenge) Q Damage: 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 / 105 (+ 55 / 70 / 85 / 100 / 115% bonus AD) -> 60 / 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 (+ 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130% bonus AD) W grants double the normal heal if it strikes a Vital.
This will give a much needed damage to her squishier builds, while also making her weaker early. The damage breaks even at 166 bonus AD, and giving her significantly more afterwards. Since her heal now scales off of the damage she deals with a single strike instead of a fixed amount, she has much more incentive to build more AD. Yes, if she goes full glass cannon, she'll get massive heals off vital procs, but with that sort of build, she'll also go splat if she misplays.
