Please give Azir 340MS, mid ganks are OP

Lee is back and Xin, on top of most JG's, just easily decimate 325MS Azir, why is his MS so low? I cant even run away when im pushing turret, it's so risky, then mid-late game you see the struggle when Azir cant even catch up to his teammates :/
