Are there any plans for Fiora?

After the most recent nerfs in 6.6 she is not in a good spot. The only top laner who is worse than her consistently is Rumble http://i.imgur.com/9y9i45K.png She has been a bottom 5 worst top laner now for 2 patches. And this is during a time where she should be strong as tanks are meta right now and she should be crushing them with % health true damage but that isn't happening outside match ups like which are champions that Fioras kit works well against and she should be beating.

I have 370k Mastery on Fiora and I can barely make an impact most games with her. It just sucks.
