Well, it says "new to me", which is the definition of something that somebody hasn't seen before. If it said "It's new. Period." or something along those lines, you might have a case.

I'm referring to the meme on its own. For it to make sense, it would have to say, "If I haven't seen it, nobody else has and it is 100% new for everybody the first time I see it" (obviously not nearly as lengthy if the goal is to actually be funny about it). As it is now, the meme basically just gives the definition of something that is new solely to one person. It's so close, and yet so far.
