I wonder if this is going to drop fps or not. From what i've seen from a leak it was at like 15-24 fps.

Having been in the PBE....it's honestly nothing special. It's more time consuming, and although it looks flashier, it's not nearly as direct or to the point as the old setup. It takes on average an extra 5 - 7 mins for a game to start. Add in some queue dodging....you are looking at anywhere between 14 - 21 mins of extra time JUST for a game to start.
It might be a step in the right direction aesthetically, but time wise and to the point it's gone steps back.

And yes, I think that's the general reaction from everyone upon seeing the new champion select.
I really think Riot are doing us sweet beautiful mercy and gracing us finally wtih some beautiful design style but also exceptionally functional and fluid feeling.

Apart from the fact that is so easy to troll by banning champs your team wishes to play, this being done on purpose. Also, with the DynamicQ makes trolling way more easier using champion select.
