When can the enemy see Evelynn

I cant seem to find when can the enemy see Evelyyn in game. If the enemy is inside my circle of vision a yellow eye appears, does that mean the enemy can see her? Some times the eye that appears is red. Its confusing.

Well lets see...

For Eve; Yellow means Warning Red means Danger

So yellow is you're about to be spotted and Red means you've been spotted.

And the ! appears above you when you are spotted.

The red eye means that you're not currently spotted because you're in a bush or something but if they would place a ward they would see you.

No. Red means you've been spotted unless you're in a bush.

Yellow means she is about to be spotted. Red means she has been. When spotted, an exclamation mark will appear above Evelynn (only visible to her and her allies) She will not be spotted if hiding in brush or if inside fog of war. She will be spotted by an enemy she has no sight of but Shadow Walk's stealth will not break. She will be spotted if she runs into an enemy Vision Ward and there's an enemy champion nearby >(even if they have the yellow eye the ward will turn it red)
