IIRC, there was a recent bug where TLD and DFT would be applied by his E's passive. One autoattack would be sufficient for the poison to trigger either keystone.

Thank god that was fixed. The TLD wasn't as scary as it sounds but level 1 Teemo would hit for around 100-110 per auto with DFT. It was broken and I'm saying that as an active Teemo player. He went from kinda mediocre to a monstrous lane bully while the DFT bug was around.
