What to do with Baron

What are you supposed to do when the other team gets the baron buff? Usually what I see is my team gathers in front of out turret where we slowly get seized away. Which makes sense - the baron buff is made for that. So I guess don't let them get to the front door? What strategies work best against baron buff?

Usually most of the team backs after baron. Plenty of time to go push back each lane and delay their buffed push. If they each take a lane and buff the minions, make some picks. that should eliminate their ability to teamfight or siege. If they go around as a group right away, force a teamfight right there (assuming they are still low HP) The main thing as far as I can tell is not letting them get to your front door. Thoughts?

You basically nailed it, now convincing your current team of this in solo queue is whole different ball game, best of luck.

You basically just hope they do the classic solo queue throw harder than your team does

Push whatever can pushed in under 30 seconds and get back to your base. From there, just defend. Although like you said, if any of them split up and you can catch them out, pick them off.

You need to get a pick before they group up and siege mid. That means hiding at red buff or hiding in a bush in a side lane besides a pushing lane.

If they group up, they will 100% get an inhib. Riot tried to make it so you are supposed to engage on a team with baron but it is impossible. They just need two wards on either side of the inhib tower and there is no way for you to get a good fight.

Other option is to give them mid and push out side lanes so they only get one inhib instead of two.

U cant split if they have baron buff. They will just obliterate your entire base. Only thing u can do is stay in base, and waveclear as much as you can till it expires.
