Launcher won't launch and riot support site not working

I've already done a ton of bug searching and game reinstalling to no avail. Here's the issue: Click launcher icon Icon in dock gets a grey line under it that slowly fills to halfway before stopping and icon disappears. Sometimes league splash appears mid screen like normal. Launcher never opens.

Tried re-downloading launcher from site after uninstalling. Tried deleting all files.

I go to riot support site Click submit ticket I have to log in. Taken to log in page, log in, immediately logged out. No way to contact support.

Is anyone else having the same issue after the new launcher alpha? Is riot aware of this issue?
