The support page doesn't specify what types of games you need to complete. When I got my chat restriction, I blew through it on Dominion Bot games. They average 15 minutes per game. I'd recommend you do the same.

might work for ranked restriction which is what im talking about here. aslo im trying to get good enough that i dont have wait for my team it isnt working though and thats why im still 5v5 draft practicing
