Problem with ranked matchups (Flex)

I don't know what the hell went on but for some reason i'm in bronze 4 being matched up with Silvers. I understand this happened before but I thought that was fixed (yes I do have a rather high winrate but that shouldn't put me with bronze players and against silvers)

Im Bronze 1 in Flex and I have been matched against Plats and sometimes Diamonds for the past 2 months, and im lucky if i get a gold or 2 player on my team.
