How to use TF's E passive?

I'm not sure how stacked deck works, do I get the empowered auto when the counter on stacked deck hits 1 or 0? I've not been able to find a clear answer to this.

he has a circle of cards around his model when its up. always try to have it ready when your going to go in and stun someone. the amount of damage his stacked deck, lichbane, and gold card does is insane....all on one auto.

I advise people who are new to TF , dont watch HUD for info about stacking , watch the effect aka floating cards around TF . When you see them , your next AA will be empowered dealing bonus magic dmg :) In time you'll get used to peaking at HUD for when to trade ( not going in when its on 1 or 2 ... ) .

Thank you both for the info! I had no idea there was a visual effect that signified it was ready.

huh what are you asking. e will stack up with every aa, once it hits 4 you have the passive up... the cards will be around tf. im not sure how else to explain it
