Galio seems a little oppressive
I was playing a norms game and went Sion against Galio and I have to say
His damage is WAY too high
While he has a lot of counterplay to his kit he's just so resilient in lane and managed to be somewhat relevant despite being 3/7/1 to my 7/3/6 (we both had equal farm but my team got first blood tower)
I think the solution should be that his base damages are toned down on his Q and the %max health damage removed, while keeping the scaling, or something like that. Because while I think AP carry like
or Tank killers like
can have it because that's what they need to do their job
doesn't need all this free damage to be a CC oriented tank that saves his teammates. I mean you could argue
deals a lot of damage for being a tank but his Q damage is not only inconsistent, but he can't build like a carry and work effectively without using cheese-tactics like landing Q's and ults from the fog of war and bushes, and building straight tank his damage will fall off late.
This is not to imply Riot won't ever change him but no one seems to have brought this to attention.
(Maybe they're too busy complaning about Lee Sin and Lulu)
