Impacting the Map as Twisted Fate

I've gotten into Twisted Fate recently and love his kit. He's very versatile and seems to scale very hard. I haven't had much trouble with his laning phase, and am pretty consistently coming out ahead in gold, cs, and depending on the matchup, a kill or two. However, I am having a lot of trouble translating this lead to my team mates/other lanes. I will usually roam bot at 7 or 8 and then walk down around 10 usually to help get bot ahead. Occasionally I will ward enemy jungle buffs and try to solo kill them if they are low. Not sure what else I can do. I've watched Dopa quite a bit recently to help me, and while I feel that he has improved my landing phase significantly, I am not even close to being everywhere in the mid game at once like he is. I'm not even sure how to impact the game in so many ways at such a short time. From what I've been told, that kind of map dominance is why you pick Twisted Fate in the first place, so I'm not playing him anywhere remotely near his potential. Also, excuse my op.gg, I just got back from Europe and am jetlagged XD. Help?
