this happens when riot wants to fuck with your acct. when this happens you will be loading a game. it will cause you to exit the game after champ select and then it bug splats. the time it takes to fixes the files in your game is exactly the time it takes for ppl to exit the game on an early ff for missing player. this is intentional. riot way of saying fuck you for doing something they dont like. if it was anything else they woiuld exit all players and patch your files without the penalty. i allways get this penalty because of other %%%%%% ass bitch ass players doing fucked up shit in my games and me playing anyway because i'm trying to avoid penalties. riot is forcing you into submission just to play their shit game wich isn't even fuin anymore and i have been doing it for too long. i do not care. this game could be fun but it' is run by a fucking %%%% who is fostering other %%%%s to foster further %%%%ery.
