Eh I don't see the issue or the "bullshit" as you state. Illaoi would be OP if at least every viable character has a dash in their kit and flash. Both of which destroys Illaoi. Back when Illaoi ult was a "disengage" on site instead of "Burst everyone or GTFO" I could see her serving as an all to strong counter to characters like Olaf. But even know she's kinda shit. Just raw damage that's too unreliable
