Yes.

Just send a ticket showing all your past behavior with prints of racial slurs and stuff like that. You then ask to get a punishment and boom. There you go.

They won't do it because they WANT you to flame. They want you to get banned so you make a new account. They slap you with a few chat restrictions first so they can claim they believe in reform. And dont intimidate thier playerbase into quitting

Riot tried that before, but it resulted in more AFK & intentional feeding cases instead.

+1 ... those of us who tilt in the heat of the moment need this. It's not a behavioral thing, it's similar to road rage which is a legally recognized condition.

You can just drag the chat to the corner of a screen so like none of it is showing

As a feature so often requested, I wish Riot will at least address it. There is an option to mute people and there's an option to disable all chat, so it should be possible to mute yourself too, imo.

I was wondering about this as well when i got my 2 week ban before my permanent ban. I honestly wish that i could have been permanently chat banned because if you only give me 5-10 chats a game im going to make them about objectives and timers for objectives or summs.
