Taliyah and Vladimir buffs, but Azir is still not getting addressed?
Riot, why? He is absolute junk right now, sitting on lowest winrate for past few patches. Do something.

Riot responded to a thread not too long ago about Azir and said they are not too happy with Azir but will not be touching him because of how oppressive his kit can generally be. I think he's just gonna get a ryze type of rework rather than buffs

Skill floor and skill ceiling stuff.
The difference is, Riot sees 
as a balanceable champion with a few number changes. Azir, on the other hand, when he is even slightly viable for solo queue, just dominates the mid lane meta in the highter teirs of play because he has no weaknesses in the hands of a skilled player. As such, he needs a rework.
