Starting in season 3 he was nerfed 5 patches then buffed once in 5.16

But yeah so much favoritism right, he's been the lowest win rate jungler all season (if you don't count nunu as a champion)

EDIT: And I know you don't want him buffed because of his high pick rate. But when they nerfed sejuani because of her high pick rate you freaked out claiming it was bad philosophy.

EDIT 2: I also know everyone will downvote this thread without commenting.
