I'm sorry but when a Graves can go full damage with a single armor item, and hit over 200 for literally free, as a REWARD for using a DASH which also RELOADS, why is he not nerfed? It's been over 3 patches, and still a Graves can just be a front line tank that can 1 shot you with 0 downsides.
