Ohmwrecker. Why have you not been fixed

This is what it looks like for those who haven't seen it before. Anyways, it's in need of help do I thought up an idea. Note: it may not be the best idea but at least it's better. Feel free to make something better in the comments. That aside I think it's whole tower diving theme should be kept. I think this play style is best suited for assassins. So in my opinion change the active to hijack which would temporarily swap the team of the turret. And to make it an assassin item add some lethality. This is just one option but I think everyone is in agreement that it need done changes.
