Suggestions for Karma

I think they could buff her without having her overbearing due to the nature of her Kit. A few things I'd like to see are have her moves NOT scale in order to be useful.I think her snare should be 2 seconds at all levels since its one of the hardest CCs to land not to mention PLENTY of mages have 2 second CC at level one (Lux,Swain,Brand and his is a stun) and using her Q to slow actually impedes her own movement so whenever I want to snare someone the best way is to shield myself and not use Q as it's detrimental to my efforts.Having her shield be a 60% ms at all levels would be nice too since they felt to need to make the Ult version 60% at all times because it's actually noticeable. P.S if you want people to use Ardent Censer make it cost 1900 like it was supposed to.
