I've come to realize by now that if you like a champion, the worst news you could possibly receive is that good old Rickless is going to work on them.
I'm glad you picked up on that, I didn't even notice that RE nerf from 50% > 30%. If they're gonna keep those values they might as well give back the damage component. I don't know why Riot is so content to just play around with her numbers, their rework is a failure and it's about time they accepted that.

Well yeah. The whole point of the changes were to nerf Karma's shielding. Right now, a lot of people are complaining about shields being too strong (Karma, Janna, and Lulu). I guess this is just Riot addressing it.
