Nunu's Blood Boil ap gain is not dynamic+info

Meaning:

1. You activate the ability. Gain bonus ap from other sources, the bonus from W will not change.
2. The other way around. You activate the ability. Lose bonus ap, the bonus from W will not change.

Oh, btw. For those who didn't know. The bonus from W stacks with itself. So you get 0.4*ap*1.4=gaining a total bonus of 56% ap (before cap)

EDIT: Stuff is more interesting than that. When nunu is near an ally they get 40%;40% When nunu is alone he gets what should've gone to his ally, multiplying the 40% by 1.4, equaling 56%
