[Gameplay] Spellthief with Illaoi E (Make Illaoi support great again)

Each attack against the spirit, doesn't matter which (basic attack, ability, items etc..) while having spellthief passive, will only redirect double spellthief damage. This wasn't a serious issue in the past. But it is now because of the new rune Kleptomancy. Many Illaoi mains started using it because it can proc when attacking the spirit. Since spellthief also procs against it, it was a good thing to go support with her. But it doesn't work because of this bug. Illaoi cannot redirect any damage because of it. Illaoi has her E ability as a sup potential and it sucks that exactly that is bugged.
