The "Actual" League of Legends Fix
Step 1) Buff anything overpowered Step 2) Delete Teemo Step 3) Nerf anything underpowered Step 4) If Step 1 has become an issue, nerf it into the ground. Step 5) Delete Teemo Step 6) If Step 3 has become an issue, buff it sky high Step 7) Buff Yasuo; players will still find ways to go 0/16 Step 7) Nerf Yasuo; players are too strong while they are 0/16 Step 8) Delete Teemo Step 9) Introduce another new champion that "may" be copy-pasta Step 10) Settle for trying to delete Teemo's hidden passive; fail miserably

Step 2: create a numbered list by starting each line with "0. ..." to automatically handle the numbering so you don't end up with errors of the sort demonstrated above.
i wouldn't say remove it but i'd like for the champions that don't need it to not have it
if a champions role is to kill tanks sure give them % or true damage but if the champions role is to kill 2k hp targets don't give them the tools to kill 4k hp targets as well
