Ap Rek, Ap Corki, Nidalee, Azir, Jhin. pffftt small linear skill shots that don't even nuke that much?

Play Jayce, Buy them sweet sweet flat armor pen quints and marks, get thunderlords/percision, buy every serrated dirk item. Nuke everyone in two shots, AoE Nuke every 1.6 seconds, be a god.

His ad scaling is insane, you sure you want to go full armor pen on runes?

I'd rather +19 armor pen sole based on the huge damage his Q does anyhow! It does massive damage(up to 1k or higher) to anyone who doesn't build tanky in some manner, which in urf is huge.
