What will his E proc as
like will each person hit by the E get the 40% slow... is it treated as AoE or the other one?
Single Target: 40% for 1.5 seconds...
Area of Effect: 40% for 1 second.
Damage over time, multi-hit and pet attacks: 20% for 1 second.
EDIT:* solved* the mystery its treated as a AoE :P

but I was curious because where it procs on enemies in an area it sends a projectile to each individual
so it kinda applies single target effects to an area you know its a weird AoE compared to things like Rengars W
