Why am I forced to put myself on dodge timer because someone locked in jg ashe?

I'm sick of putting myself on half hour dodge timers because people intentionally troll in champ select because they don't get their champion.

Riot should really implement a system that works similarly to how remakes work. In the last 30 seconds of champ select there should be the option to initiate an abort. Something like a little report mark next to someones username that when you click, starts a vote out of 4 to abort the game. The person who gets the vote initiated on should then be put on a 5 minute timer without an Lp loss, but repeated reports will put them on longer timers and small lp losses.

I understand how this can be abused, but I would only like this implemented for Solo/duo so the vote will not be abused by premades. Also, since it requires 4 people to agree that someone is trolling, picks like urgot top or other slightly off meta picks won't get wrongly punished much. Possibly make it out of 3 if the person being reported is in a duo.

I don't know, I'm just sick of having 3 other people asking each other to dodge while I'm on my 3rd dodge of the day. I like to play league of legends too, but I really don't like playing it with trolls who don't get their roles/champions.

BTW he admitted he was trolling and it was a ranked game
