Brand can slow for multiple seconds with rylais and his passive

shouldn't allow brand to be able to perma slow you. Especially since most of his abilties are AOE and already deal a ton of damage.

I don't think it's healthy that brand can abuse this item to the point that he can slow people for 4+ seconds and catch anyone who tries to run away or negates peoples ability to dodge his spells because they can't move fast enough anymore.

Spells should slow the target for 20% for 1 second (that's the description) it shouldn't reaply every tick of DOT because that's not what it says it does.

If someone who bought rylais hits a spell it should slow you for 1 second, DOT or not (especially when DOT can last for seconds).

Actual point was that the difference between "slowed from time combat starts until end of fight if that fight has X" and "permanently slowed while in combat with X" is, yes, non existent.

Please don't mischaracterize an argument that is so plain. ;;

you do know that the slow immunity last longer than the cleanse right? which if you were atleast slowed will give you a speed boost and enough time to run away

Brand with can permaslow you through his spells and his passive and is annoying as hell.

You obviously haven't seen how extremely oppressive a Yasuo can get with a item 3046 and item 3022 . This is probably even worse than the example you mentioned, OP.

The point here is a lack of counterplay. If brand hits you with a point-and-click e, you cant escape without a movement ability or a flash, and maybe not even that.
